Refund Policy

Decker Laboratory Consulting LLC provides professional consulting services tailored to each client’s needs. Because our work involves time, expertise, and customized deliverables, our refund policy is as follows:

Consultation Bookings

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session may be refunded or rescheduled at no cost.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

Consulting Engagements

• Refunds are generally not available once work has begun, as services are time‑based and customized.

• If you believe a refund is warranted due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Project Deposits

Deposits for multi-phase or long-term projects are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
