Light renovations, BSL cabinets, and workflow redesign allowed this facility to expand their operations to include microbiology and molecular biology operations to their already growing cytology / histology/ pathology operations. Future growth was baked in design wise for NGS, Genetics, Flow Cytometry as well as a full UPS backup power room was installed to maintain operations during construction interruptions and future expansion projects. Decker Laboratory Consulting came in ~30% lower than the previous design and build plans. Design is the Difference!
