Meet Nicholas Decker, MBA, MLS(ASCP)

Nicholas Decker founded Decker Laboratory Consulting to give laboratories practical, hands-on guidance from someone who runs a lab every day. He is a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS, ASCP) with an MBA, and he also serves as Administrative Laboratory Director at Holland Hospital.

 

That operational background shapes every engagement. Recommendations are built to work on the bench, pass inspection and hold up in the budget, not just look good in a slide deck.

 

We work with hospital laboratories, independent reference labs and specialty practices, primarily across the Midwest and Michigan, with remote engagements nationwide.
