I have worked with Nick going on four years now and use his expertise in one way or another almost daily. My experience and background are in clinical toxicology, and when I took a new job at a lab that wanted to do a full menu, I knew I was out of my realm. Nick helped develop validation protocols, ensure all testing and results were up to regulatory compliance, and really helped us get the lab started. Nick guided us through our initial COLA audit with approval in just 5 months and after we made the decision to move to CAP accreditation, helped us through that transition and another successful audit. It's hard to elaborate on everything Nick can offer clinical laboratories, he is an excellent resource for hematology testing as an MLS, but he also can navigate regulatory compliance and accreditation, laboratory operations and functionality, and complete lab buildouts.
