Custom Layout and design preserved square footage and unlocked simplicity in operations for a growing reference laboratory that had to be able to scale-in-place as they expanded. Enhanced visual layout and stock/freight handling so that it could be accomplished by lower license level individuals and by keeping it conveniently in the original shell building we were able to save nearly 600K in renovations and architect fees. This went straight forward for final draft and adoption 72 hours after the client remitted payment. Not bad for a long weekends work!
